1. For individuals who do not have access to online vaccination registration sites, we are providing information about providers with open vaccine appointments in order to help individuals to find appointments.
2. For those older adults ( 60 plus) who are homebound and unable to get to a vaccine distribution site, we are taking names and contact information so we can connect you to a mobile vaccine provider as they become available. 3. For any individual 65 and over who is able to secure a COVID-19 vaccination appointment but does not have transportation, we can arrange a ride to the vaccination location and home again. Through a partnership with Red Rose Transportation Authority, once a registration form has been completed, transportation can be provided.
