Online Payments 2

https://lancoaging.org/257/Make-a-Payment

The above link takes you to our agency website’s new “Make a Payment” page. We now accept four different types of electronic payments through this feature. Feel free to share this information with consumers, their families, and others in your network.

You can also find a " Make a Payment" button on the left hand side of our home page.

Types of Payments Accepted Online

  • Cost Share – Consumers or families may use this online system to pay their monthly cost-share fee for services under the Options program.
  • Home Delivered Meals - The Office of Aging pays the cost of home delivered meals in certain situations, but program funds are limited. Individuals who receive their meals through the OOA can contribute toward the cost or someone may contribute on their behalf. These donations are strictly voluntary and enable the agency to continue serving older adults in need.
  • Holiday Donations - Contributions to our Holiday Program may be made through this online payment system. Your donation helps us distribute grocery store gift cards to low- income older adults who need assistance. These funds are also used throughout the year to assist with emergent needs.
  • General Donations - We appreciate general donations anytime throughout the year, to meet the needs of older adults in Lancaster County with limited resources and informal supports.

Fees

There will be a service fee of 2.50% or a minimum of $1.95 for using this system with a Credit Card, or a fee of $1.75 if paying by eCheck. This fee is not charged nor collected by Lancaster County, PA but by the payment processor {Forte}. Should you have any questions regarding your bill, please call our office at: 717-299-7979. Orders may take up to 72 business hours to process
