Please stay on the line and our answering service will take your name, contact information and reason for the call. The information will be forwarded to a staff member who will return you call as soon as possible. You can also reach us by e-mailing us at aging@co.lancaster.pa.us.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept faxes at this time. You can make a referral on our website or by telephone.

Calls related to abuse, neglect, or exploitation can be reported to 717-299-7979, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The answering service will take your name and contact information and forward it to our Protective Services team for a return call.
