SENIOR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS
Are you 55 plus and looking for a job?
The purpose of the Lancaster County Office of Aging Senior Employment Program is to assist older Lancaster County residents with finding employment commensurate with their needs skills and interests.
These programs are offered at no cost to the older adult and aim to help accomplish this goal.
Screening begins with a completed application.
SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM ( SCSEP)
This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor under Title V of the Older Americans Act.
It provides 20- hour a week minimum wage training assignments to Lancaster County residents who are 55 years of age or older and are income eligible.
Training assignments are located at non profit or government host agencies that benefit from the older workers' services in return for supervision and on the job training.

55 PLUS JOB BANK
The 55 plus Job Bank is a referral service provided for Lancaster County Residents age 55 and older to assist in connecting them with employers offering either full-time or part-time jobs that coincide with their employment goals.
Additionally other positions can be found using Career Link.
